TO create web pages that look good but load fast, create 2 versions of the image: A tiny thumbnail that will load fast, and a big beautiful high-resolution image that will load more slowly once the user clicks on the thumbnail.
../ means "go up one level" so I need to type
../../images/dinger.jpg which means "
This page is in the photoshop folder.
The first ../ means get out of the photoshop folder, the second ../ means get out of the pages folder, and now the web browser can find the images folder aand the thumbnail.
Dreamweaver trie to be helpful, if you type the
first few letters of the name of the image, DW will fill in the rest.
